Regardless of the amount and volume of solid product containing each container, the聽liquid always reaches a same level聽favoring the聽homogeneity of the space head聽and logically the range of vacuum that is achieved in each of the containers, even bringing solid liquid penetration time in the solid part which this is more complicated (as for example in the case of canned tuna with oil).
This level control filler is intended for those producers who want to emphasize the quality of its processes, this system equipped with sensors that receive and send signals through fiber optic,聽avoids the spillage of liquid to the outside of the container, so it gets a clean working environment and the necessary maintenance is reduced considerably.
In addition, resulting of the quality of the product, this system also avoids the recirculation of the liquid, so we get filling (if for example the liquid is oil) always new oil, thus always keep it clean of impurities and avoiding that its original qualities can be modified, leading to the shelf-life the best product in the best conditions of presentation.
