Closing machine for glass jars with TWIST-OFF and PT type closing system. Also PET jars with Twist Off lids depending on the quality and rigidity of the jar.
It is fully equipped to close all formats of containers and lids commonly used in food processing (jars, jars, bottles, etc.), without the need to incorporate additional tools or accessories.
SP option: Exclusively incorporates the intelligent, fully automatic format changeover, which regulates with total precision the height of the container, width, relative position of the side belts according to the height and shape of the format to be closed.
Time for format changeover between containers with maximum difference: 70 seconds.
An alternative version, the Emerito 2.8 ACT, is available for containers impregnated with oils or greasy substances and, thanks to its special configuration, guarantees 100% closure even in these extreme conditions.
